    Comedor Los Pibes

    Comedor Los Pibes

    As part of Fotograma-11, Encuentro International de Fotografía, I will be exhibiting several photos from inside the Comedor Los Pibes, a co-op in the La Boca neighborhood of Buenos Aires, along with multiple portraits of the co-op workers. By combining photojournalism action shots of the people working along with portraits my goal is to allow you to know a part of their lives and through the photographs come to understand these Everyday People.

    “Fotograma es un encuentro internacional de fotografía organizado por el Centro de Fotografía, Intendencia de Montevideo. El objectivo es generar una instancia de intercambio y aprendizaje, originando un panorama de la producción fotográfica de Uruguay y del exterior. Se realiza cada dos años en torno al mes de noviembre y su contenido está dado por las diferentes muestras y actividades generadas por las instituciones que participan.”

    Fotograma is an international photography exhibit organized by the Center for Photography, of city of Montevideo. The aim is to facilitate sharing and learning, creating a panorama of photographic production in Uruguay and abroad. Fotograma takes place every two years around November and the photographic exhibits are determined by each participating gallery and organization.
